Our caring team of counselors is the first line of client contact. Based on the nature of each case our counselors will guide clients in the right direction as to the best service that would suit their particular situation. For example, where a patient needs 24-hour homecare services, the counselors will among others things take into consideration factors such as whether the patient sleeps well at night to determine if the patient will need one caregiver for the 24-hour period or 2 caregivers for a 2 x 12 shift. Our staff responds to your request quickly, efficiently and effectively and always with friendly warmth.

Our home care personnel is trained to cater to the client’s home care and household needs which consists of taking care of the client’s personal hygiene, oral hygiene, laundry, cooking, light housekeeping, doing the food shopping, accompanying the patient to doctor’s appointments or providing the patient with just companionship.

Our role is to make sure that the patient is kept comfortable where he/she wants to be most - AT HOME!! Our aides ensure that the surroundings of the patient is clean, tidy and safe and that the dignity and self esteem of the client is maintained at all times.

An individual plan of care is implemented for each client by one of our staff nurses based on the diagnosis of each patient and the patient’s needs and requirements.
